Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes* to bookings for any room must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged for the first night.

*Changes made will be charged at the rate of the new booking.

Park Beach Resort has the right to decline or cancel a booking if the guest limit exceeds original booking number(s) or exceeds maximum occupancy for room booked.  This also applies to bookings via OTA sites.

Policies:

Valid identification. Credit / Debit card details required as security for any damage for lost or missing items and to secure your room booking.

We reserve the right to take payment 24 hours before arrival.

A strict “NO PARTY policy. NO NOISE after 10PM”. Guests will be asked to leave if they do not comply and no refund will be given.

All guests must be declared on the booking and confirmed on arrival. Non paying guests strictly prohibited on the property.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Strictly NO PETS allowed on premised.

All parking is at guest / owner risk.

Any damage to rooms, broken or missing items, including remote controls will be charged the cost to fix or replace. Lost keys incur additional charge of $80.00 for Locksmith to attend and re key.

All our rooms are Non-Smoking – Penalties apply if you smoke in your room.

Cooking is NOT permitted in our rooms **(excluding Self-Contained Apartments) – Penalties apply for extra cleaning.

Extra beds:

If you have booked for 2 people and require a Sofa bed to be made up, a charge of $20.00 applies.

Payment to be made upon check-in.

 

Booking at Park Beach Resort Motel you agree to all our terms and conditions and except full responsibility for missing / lost items and or damage to property.
